2. Precision processing: Perform rough and fine processing using CNC lathes and grinders to ensure dimensional accuracy.
3. Heat treatment strengthening: Conduct quenching and tempering treatments on key components to enhance wear resistance and strength.
4. Ultra-precision grinding and mating of components: Perform mating grinding on precision components such as pistons, oil nozzles, and valve parts to ensure the mating clearance.
5. Cleaning and decontamination: Multiple ultrasonic cleaning processes to remove oil stains and iron filings, ensuring the fuel system is clean.
6. Assembly of final components: Complete the assembly of oil pumps and oil nozzles in a clean environment according to standard procedures.
7. Performance testing: Conduct on-machine tests for flow rate, pressure, sealing performance, and atomization effect. Products that fail the tests will not be released from the factory.
8. Rust prevention, packaging, and storage: Final rust prevention treatment, standardized packaging, and traceable batch information.
